Next, put the rinsed necks in a large pot. It should be large so that the necks will only be filling it up to its half. Get some water and fill the pot with no more than an inch. Once that is done, put the pot on the burner and set it to high heat. Do not forget to cover the pot. Let it sit until it boils.
